    The Idea behind Legal Accounting NI is that Legal Bookkkeepers, Accountants, Practice Managers and the Managing Partners of Legal Practices in Northern Ireland come together to improve on the profitability and productivity of legal practices while improving the abilities and opportunities of the bookkeeping, administrative staff.
     
    This blog should provide an opportunity for legal accounting and administration professionals to raise queries, highlight problems and make suggestions with regard to how the association could assist this community in northern Ireland please feel free to add your comments.

    The Quality of the training of the staff is important. Passing the exams are not enough to bring Quality work.
     
    I think you are right, a free online manual should be developed to assist professionals in applying relevant procedures during their work. An online service with advisers would be most welcome too.
     
    I myself is working for a company and sometimes i see that there are no good Corporate Governance in Mauritius due to lack of training and assistance to clerks and accountants.

    There is no facility for Legal bookkeepers in Northern Ireland to be trained in the principals and practices of the solicitors accounts regulations that apply to the jursidiction. I suggest that an free online manual is developed based upon submissions from members of legal accounting ni and others with a relevant interest. Over time a reference work would be developed that would be of benefit to all those working within the accounting and administrative sectors in legal practices. Suggestions or comments on this would be welcomed.
